Her experience includes architecting operational processes, budgeting and forecasting resource needs, improving client support and retention, influencing product innovation, implementing automation and quality assurance initiatives, supporting pre-sales efforts, working with cross-functional leadership teams to ensure overall success and developing top performing teams. At CIBO, Jennifer is focused on delivering a top-notch client experience from implementation through ongoing support.
After spending the last 8 years at Virgin Pulse focused on improving personal health and well-being she’s excited to take that further and help CIBO improve the well-being of our planet. In her free time, Jennifer is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, golfing and kayaking while spoiling her 6 year old labrador retriever, Riley, as much as she can.
