Katy comes from the health and wellness industry where she has worked for the last 22 years, and is a national board certified health and wellness coach. As a senior leader at RedBrick Health (now Virgin Pulse), she built, developed, and managed their best-in-class digital coaching service. Most recently, she provided leadership and strategy for their Mental Health Coaching, leadership development training, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Council. Katy has an MA in holistic health studies and an MFA in dance. She believes authentic connection to oneself leads to confident, empowered, and open collaboration. As a senior leader, she focuses on clear and efficient design of operational process in order to create space for maximum innovation and creativity. Katy is doing her best work when empowering others to shine in their strengths.
