About Scott Settelmyer, Co-founder and Managing Director of TerraCarbon

Scott is a carbon market and finance expert with more than 15 years of carbon market experience. He oversees project delivery for all of TerraCarbon’s work, and is the blue carbon practice lead and finance subject matter expert for TerraCarbon. Scott has held former senior positions at the Chicago Climate Exchange, ALLTEL Corporation and Arthur Andersen.

About Dan Kane, Senior Manager of Agriculture at TerraCarbon

Dan leads the agricultural land management practice at TerraCarbon and advises clients on the feasibility, design, and monitoring of programs that incentivize increased carbon storage in agricultural soils. He is a leading soil scientist with extensive experience in applying cutting edge science and technology to measuring soil carbon changes in agricultural lands. Dan has a PhD from the Yale School of the Environment and holds a Master of Science in Plant and Microbial Sciences from Michigan State University.
